TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your access to and use of SaveWithLuna ("the Service"), a digital budgeting application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may need an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. USE OF THE SERVICE
You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any part of the Service.
5. PRICING & BILLING
Activation Fee:
A one-time activation fee of $9.99 (or equivalent in your currency) is required to access SaveWithLuna. This fee grants you lifetime free access to the application.
Optional Premium Subscription:
You may upgrade to Premium features for $9.99/month. This subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting hello@savewithluna.com.
- Cancellation stops future subscription charges
- The activation fee is non-refundable
- Your free lifetime access remains active after subscription cancellation
- Access to Premium features continues until the end of the current billing period
7. REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final. The activation fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are provided only if the product is defective, non-functional, or does not match the features described.
We do not offer refunds for:
- The activation fee
- Completed subscription periods
- Change of mind
- Failure to cancel on time

8. DIGITAL DELIVERY
SaveWithLuna is a digital product. Access is granted immediately upon payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
9. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER
SaveWithLuna provides budgeting tools and insights for informational purposes only.
We are not financial advisors, and the Service does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Incorrect user input
- Financial decisions made using the Service
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and software are owned by Timotej Žitnik s.p. or its licensors.
You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Slovenian and EU law.
Disputes will be resolved in Slovenia.
