REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
By purchasing SaveWithLuna, you agree to the terms below.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT – IMMEDIATE ACCESS
SaveWithLuna is a digital product. Access to the application is granted IMMEDIATELY
upon successful payment. Because the service is delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
2. ACTIVATION FEE
A one-time activation fee of $9.99 (or equivalent in your currency) is required to access SaveWithLuna.
This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is processed, as digital access is granted immediately.
3. FREE ACCESS & SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS
After paying the activation fee, you receive:
- FREE lifetime access to the SaveWithLuna application
- Option to upgrade to Premium subscription ($9.99/month) for additional features
If you choose to upgrade:
- Your subscription renews automatically at $9.99/month
- You may cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting us
4. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for:
- The activation fee (under any circumstances)
- Any completed subscription billing period
- Unused portions of a subscription
- Cancelled subscriptions
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
This no-refund policy applies regardless of how soon after purchase you cancel or whether
you have used the service.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by
contacting hello@savewithluna.com.
Please understand that:
- Cancellation stops FUTURE subscription charges only
- The activation fee is never refunded
- Cancellation does NOT entitle you to any refund
- You retain full access until the end of your current paid period
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided
- Your free lifetime access remains active even after subscription cancellation
6. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WAIVER
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases.
However, this right DOES NOT APPLY to digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.
By completing your purchase, you:
(a) Expressly consent to immediate access to SaveWithLuna
(b) Acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately upon payment
(c) Waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Directive
7. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service is completely non-functional due to a technical error on our end
- The service does not match the features described on our website
- Required by applicable law that cannot be waived

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us
is a violation of these terms.
Chargebacks filed for valid transactions may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Collection of any fees incurred
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that:
- SaveWithLuna is a digital product with immediate delivery
- The activation fee is non-refundable
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
- You waive your right of withdrawal upon purchase
